Ordering process.

Our website is available 24 hours a day/7days a week for your convenience. After you place your order, we will email you a proof within 2 business days. We will process and ship out within 24 hours of your approval. We understand that this is a very special occasion in your family’s lives and know that it might take a few proofs before we get it exactly the way you want. my little duckling is located within the state of Texas, therefore any orders shipped to a Texas address include 8.25% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of Texas are exempt from sales tax.
